October is National Physical Therapy Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the important work of our physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. It's also an opportunity to raise awareness about the many benefits of physical therapy and how it helps people improve their movement and function.
Physical therapy can be beneficial for people of all ages and helps with things like: Recovering from injuries, maximizing mobility, managing pain and chronic conditions, as well as preventing future injuries, including falls.
